Cranleigh Arts Centre - Los Endos: Celebrating the Music of Genesis
Los Endos capture the excitement of a live '70s Genesis concert. Featuring music from the band's early heyday with vocalist Peter Gabriel and guitarist Steve Hackett and backed by a great sound and light show, this is a must see for Genesis fans. Cranleigh Dance & Theatre Arts - "Over The Rainbow" a Musical Theatre Workshop
The full day workshop will feature songs and music from Wicked, The Wiz and The Wizard of Oz. If you love to sing, dance and act and are between 8 and 18, come and join us. You will work hard, have fun and learn a lot. The workshop will be led by Nicky Griffiths from the West End cast of Mamma Mia. Nicky also teaches Musical Theatre workshops at Pineapple in London and has led 2 very successful workshops here in Cranleigh. She has performed around the world, toured the UK in Grease and been part of the original London casts of hit shows Wicked and Hairspray. Home Brew: Open Mic We provide the stage. You provide the talent! Home Brew Open Mic night will be a great event that's also an opportunity for local performers. Home Brew will be hosted by local singer/songwriter Richard Poll and is set to become a regular feature that welcomes both beginners and professional acts with the opportunity to showcase their talents. What could be better than relaxing with some friends in the our cosy bar and discovering the stars that are on your doorstep?
